Positive: excellent location spacious room good amenities + dishwasher fantastic bed and memory-foam pillows nice loggia with a small sea view tram stop relatively close Negative: The stay itself was mostly fine, but the experience was spoiled after checkout. Seven days after we left, the host kept part of the security deposit and sent a photo of a damaged balcony table (a broken metal leg). We were very surprised, because we did not damage anything. The table was only carefully moved during the stay. There was no proof showing the condition of the table before our arrival. The apartment is quite large, so it is not possible to check everything at check-in, especially when arriving late. Also, some things in the apartment are not in great condition. The door lock often gets stuck (it took us almost an hour to get inside on arrival), and the electricity is weak — the power goes off if you use several devices at the same time. Overall, the apartment was okay, but the situation with the security deposit after leaving was very disappointing.

Positive: The apartment is close to the beach and tram station. Very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen if fully equipped, so you can also cook there. You have everything you need in the apartment, so we were very happy to see that we even have an umbrella for the beach. The balcony is big and lovely. It was nice and quiet at night. Negative: As an improvement: 1 bottle of water! We were 4 people that unfortunately arrived at 2 am and our water supplies were almost finished. At that hour from where to buy something?!? Would have been so nice to see a bottle of water. Quite hard to do the check in, misleading information.
